MTECHTIPS COPPER
Shanghai copper slipped to a one-month low on Monday, pressured by worries about Chinese demand, as inflation data matched expectations and investors sought more clarity from GDP data this
week after a rebound in exports in September. Copper LME was trading at $8099 per ton in Asian
trading. China copper imports rose compared to previous month, however the underlying demand
is still weak. Outlook: Copper is expected to trade with negative bias and later take cues from US
economic data .( Core retail sales & Empire state manufacturing index).
