Copper prices settled higher as stronger U.S. economic data and a rally in equities fanned hopes of
greater demand for the metal. Copper prices rose on stronger U.S. home price data, with the Standard & Poor's Case-Shiller home-price index of 10 major metropolitan areas up 10.3% in March from a year earlier. Outlook : Early morning data from Australia regarding the lower construction work done is bound to put pressure on yesterday’s gains.
